June 21st Monday – Disc Golf in Pine Bluffs at the Canyon DGC (FREE!)
Who: We will have a Disc Golf Guide meet up with the Venture Crew at the Canyon DGC in Pine Bluffs. Our guide will give us some tips and play along with us.
What: We are going to meet up to play 9 holes of Disc Golf on the “The Canyon Disc Golf Course” also known as the “Canyon DGC”. It will take about 1.5 hours to play the 9 holes.
When: June 21st, Meet there between 5:30pm to 6pm

What: New Year’s Day – First Day Hike in Curty Gowdy State park
When: Fri, January 1, 2021, 11am – 12pm
Where: Curt Gowdy State Park, 1264 Granite Springs Rd, Cheyenne, WY 82009, USA
Description: Two-mile hike on easy to moderate terrain, meet at Curt Gowdy Visitor Center, 307-632-7946
How: This is opened to anyone that wants to get out to kick off the new year with an easy hike. We will plan on just meeting out there for those interested, No reservations needed, just show up! This will satisfy a requirement for the Venture Crew Award. We will have a couple Venture Crew leaders out there also to hang out with for the hike.
Please dress appropriately for the weather, waterproof footwear and consider the scouting 10 essentials.

Fritzler’s Corn Maze with Haunted Maze
Fritzler’s Corn Maze with Haunted maze date is this Saturday October 24th
Plan on meeting at 2:00pm at the Scout Lodge.
We will meet at the Scout Lodge and then go down to Fritzler Corn Maze near La Salle Colorado returning late. The price for the 2020 Scream Acres is $29.95 per person at the gate, they typically have food venues available, but you can also bring your own food and beverage. We will be able to do some
daytime activities in addition to the haunted maze.
Plan on dressing for colder weather as it will get chilly when the sun goes down.
